"The Domain" (shown above), culminating from a year long HSC Major Design Project, boasts a myriad of sustainable and innovative features such as Green Walls, ETFE and Tri-Generators that aim to reflect the current values and attitudes of society as well as Sydney's demand for medium-high density buildings. After considering government planning controls and statutory regulations, a vacant site in the gentrifying suburb of Wolli Creek was chosen due to its close proximity to the city and its popularity among the younger generations, the target market in this project. "The Domain" was ultimately chosen for the 2015 BOSTES Showcase and SHAPE Exhibition at the Powerhouse Museum.

Designed by Moshe Safdie as a model community and housing complex is "Habitat 67", located in Montreal Canada. The 12 story structure which comprises of 354 identical prefabricated concrete blocks was designed specifically so that it may be arranged into numerous combinations and hence, allows the final design to have a greater emphasis on details that are site specific such as ensuring maximum sunlight for each apartment and the provision of private outdoor areas. "Habitat 67" is a reflection of works from the 'Brutalist' Movement, a socialist utopian ideology characterised by the exposure of the building's interior and overall functions and concrete facades devoid of aesthetics, color and decoration.

Situated in the Northern Highlands of the Tasmanian Wilderness, stands the "Cradle Mountain" and the scared "Dove Lake" encircled within. It is without a doubt one of the most pristine and breathtaking scenery in the world, owing to its unspoiled natural beauty and a body of turquoise-blue water roaring ferociously as it crashes onto the timeworn limestone banks whilst gently bathing the scattered and hidden beaches that glistened in soft white sand. Here, the luscious malachite green vegetation bustling with quirky camera-shy fauna flourishes which complements the lively scenes that is the Tasmanian wilderness.
